Congratulations to Shirley Champy and Margie Mintz for recently becoming ServSafe certified! This is a fantastic accomplishment for our shelter cooks and the Samaritan House!


ServSafe is an educational program from the National Restaurant Association (NRA), developed to educate restaurant workers and other food handlers about the best practices in food safety.
